Description

Seville Quarter, Pensacola’s Premier Entertainment and Dining Complex is looking for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager, as part of the operations management team, is responsible for overseeing the restaurant and staff that deliver exceptional service to our guests. In all daily activities will strengthen consistency and performance throughout the staff, drive sales, control costs and maintain the high sanitary standards set by Seville Quarter’s Leadership, while ensuring a fun, inviting and entertaining experience for our guests.

Specific Job Responsibilities
Ensure complete guest satisfaction, providing every customer with a quality experience that is consistent and in line with Company standards
Interview, hire and train servers, hosts and server assistants.
Make weekly schedules and supervise daily FOH staff.
Supervise and manage the food, beverage and entertainment operations and staff on assigned shifts.
Administer Company practices and policies and sees to the adherence of all, to include opening duties, accountability and reporting.
Organize and communicate necessary information, promotions and events to front line staff.
Observe, maintain, and increase productivity while driving sales.
Respond to inquiries from all customers and employees.
Oversees venues and rooms of Seville Quarter to ensure that the health, safety and security of guests and employees are secured at all times.
Understands and obeys all federal and state employment laws applicable to the business to include the Responsible Vendor and Food Handler programs and protocols.
Partners with other Management and Ownership on employee, business and operational issues.
Requirements and Relevant Work Experience:
3+ years in a management or supervisory capacity in a full service restaurant
Drug-Free Workplace
High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of food, labor, and COGS
Enthusiastic about working with people
Ability to create a fun environment for customers and staff
Self-motivated and highly-energetic
Great organization and communication skills
45 hours/week
Five work shifts to include Saturday and Sundays
