I am confident I have the skills and experience necessary to excel in the kitchen at your premises. I just returned from the United States of America where I was a Chef at a resort. As a line cook, I had to be organized and fast. I learned classic techniques and how to cook with diverse ingredients. I further adapted recipes to work with the ingredients that were on hand.
