As a Line Cook at Hobbit American Grill West, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the timely and consistent preparation of high-quality dishes. Responsibilities:

  • Station Setup: Prepare and organize workstations with all necessary ingredients, equipment, and supplies before service begins.
  • Recipe Execution: Follow recipes and cooking techniques accurately to maintain the quality and consistency of our menu items.
  • Cooking: Utilize kitchen equipment, including flat top grills, fryers, and other appliances, to cook menu items to order with precision and efficiency.
  • Menu Compliance: Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment throughout the shift, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
  • Product Rotation: Adhere to proper food storage and rotation procedures to minimize waste and ensure the freshness of ingredients.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff members to expedite orders, communicate efficiently, and support each other during busy periods.
