Job Summary
Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and

presentation

- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation

- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards

- Coordinate and supervise food production to meet customer demand

- Conduct interviews and hire kitchen staff members

- Train and develop kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures

- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and appliances

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service

- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer

preferences

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative ideas

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology

- Proficient in inventory control and cost management

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a restaurant or café setting

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee drinks
