Position Overview:

As a Culinary Specialist, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene. You will work closely with our culinary team to create and execute a diverse menu that delights our guests and meets our quality standards. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of culinary techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team to design and implement innovative, seasonally inspired menus that align with our brand and customer preferences.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in presentation and taste.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, following all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
  • Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with guests to gather feedback and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a culinary role, preferably within a fine dining environment.
  • Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques.
    • Creativity in menu planning and presentation.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
