The POSH awareness course online is a tool to foster understanding among organisations and employees of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act. Such a certification course helps raise awareness of acceptable behaviour, the reporting system, and the law. This helps create a safe work environment and a respectful attitude towards others among members of an organisation.
