Coastal Bend LNG is a privately held energy infrastructure company developing a 22.5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility on the Texas Gulf Coast. The project includes five 4.5 mtpa liquefaction trains, cogeneration units, LNG storage tanks, and export facilities. It integrates carbon capture, transport, and storage technologies to deliver low-carbon-intensity LNG sourced from U.S. onshore basins. The company aims to pre-file its Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) permits during 2025.
