Sailfish Point Country Club, located on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, FL, has an opening for Seasonal Line Cooks for its 41 year old member owned Club. The community has 522 homes with an average member age of 66 and generates $3.3 million annually in Food & Beverage revenue. Located a few feet from the Atlantic Ocean, Sailfish Point has a newly renovated 60,000 sf. Clubhouse, an 11,000 sf. fitness and tennis center, a full service spa, five restaurants and bars, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Signature course and a full service 77 slip Marina with ocean access via the St. Lucie inlet.
This position assists in the supervision of the preparation, production, and service of food by the culinary staff. They participate in the presentation of food for a al carte dining.
Experience with pantry prep, broiler and saute required.
This position, while seasonal, is full-time. Must be willing to work overtime and have a flexible schedule to be able to work either lunch or dinner service.
An American Culinary Federation Certification is preferred, but not required.
