Purchasing & Receiving Clerk- Full-Time

• Receive and store all incoming materials adhering to strict purchasing and financial guidelines associated with Certified Receiver certification (administered at resort).
• Inspect quality, quantity and cost of goods and document manually and electronically through the company prescribed inventory platform.
• Maintain accurate distribution records both manual and electronic through the use of the prescribed Purchasing inventory platform.
• Process goods received daily ensuring timely communication with all relevant team members. This includes informing management when items are short shipped, damaged, back order etc.
• In addition to communicating to the Purchasing Coordinator and/or Supervisor and items that do not match the receiving documents
• Distribute housekeeping and engineering inventory from designated distribution point(s)ensuring all items are counted and accounted for.
• Ensure timely communication via email to all business partners waiting for product to be picked up.
• Cover Engineering and housekeeping distribution areas as needed.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability
• Must have great customer service skills – all our positions come into contact with guests!
